If your gym is anywhere in the Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky area, we can visit your club, give a training seminar and put on a PowerX event. You just need a minimum of 10 lifters, a bench, barbells, weights and a small open area to do the Power Clean, Bench press and Hex bar deadlift!
