We will NOT be hosting the 2020 National Championship event at the Arnold Sports Expo in Columbus on March 7, 2020 due to complications beyond our control this year.
We will be back in at the Arnold Expo in 2021. If you have already qualified for the 2020 Nationals, then you will be automatically qualified for the 2021 Nationals.
We are looking into hosting the 2020 Nationals at a different venue later this year.

We are accepting remote lifting recordings of participation to qualify to compete in the March 7, 2020 PowerX National Championships.
Even though it’s more fun to compete with other PowerXers in an official meet together, the video recordingof a lifter’s individual efforts can be used to submit for review to compete in the PowerX Championships this year.
Instructions for PowerX Video Recordings:
- Check the required grand total for the weight division of the lifter
- Prepare the weight room with a Power Clean area, Bench Press, and Hex Deadlift area.
- Review the rules and techniques for all three lifts.
- Have a coach, trainer or friend film each lift the athlete performs
- Clearly show the full lifter and the barbell with weights
- Videos must be submitted prior to February 28, 2020
Send by email several video segments for one lifter:
1) Show the actual 20 reps the lifter is performing and the weight on the bar
2) Video the Power Clean, The Bench Press and the Hex deadlift separately
3) Show their bodyweight/weigh-in on the scale
Submit Lifter Details:
List their name, address, email, phone, category lifting in (age, bodyweight)
