The entry form for the World Fitness Expo can be filled out online here, or you can download a pdf version here. Entry forms and fees can be turned in on June 26 at weigh-ins or on June 27 during final weigh-ins. No late entries will be accepted. No refunds will be given if an athlete does not show up for the event.
